Once this is realized we evaluate the client’s brief according to the requirements, his aspirations and definite likes and dislikes. Our preliminary design options will be based on these priorities.
Once a design is finalized from the options presented, we proceed with architectural consortium work using our engineers and quantity surveyors to create a complete package of documents. We also take part the building Contractor part and consultation whenever necessary.
